Position Overview:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, providing maintenance, and repair services on customer-owned equipment at a customer’s establishment and/or service center within assigned territories while focusing on high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, interact with customers, and complete paperwork accurately and timely. Must be skilled with mechanical and electrical tasks and own a complete set of hand tools. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are a must.
