Job summary

CPI (Crane Payment Innovations) is seeking a Service Manager to lead field service operations in the assigned territory, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. You will recruit, develop, and manage service technicians while collaborating with support and sales to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes process improvement, adoption of new technologies, and strong leadership to uphold CPI’s reputation in cash, coin, and check processing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in service management or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with mentoring ability.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional satisfaction for CPI customers.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and management of service technicians across products.
• Monitor KPIs and improve service delivery, including response times and SLA attainment.
• Drive service process enhancements and implement emerging technologies.
• Take ownership of service escalations and ensure long-term preventive solutions.
