Responsibilities

• Ensure awareness of customer requirements and running procedures.
• Plan field installations with proper tools, spares, and qualified staff.
• Assist with logistics including travel to locations.
• Lead and mentor department personnel; interview and train.
• Assign tasks and confirm safety certifications.
• Review customer SRO and equipment requirements.
• Inspect equipment prior to shipping.
• Perform service associate duties and handle special projects.
