About the job:

Critical Control is searching for a dynamic and experienced Field Service Manager in Petaluma. As a Field Service Manager, you will oversee operations, manage a talented team, and drive the branch's success in providing rapid and effective emergency response and restoration services. What you'll do:
  1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of emergency response and restoration professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and commitment to our mission.
  2. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding service standards and deadlines, with a focus on quality.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  4. Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
  5. Implement key performance indicators and metrics to track and measure project performance, making data-driven decisions to improve.
  6. Represent Critical Control in the community by participating in local events and initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and presence.
  7. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance project efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
  1. Five or more years of experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, or related service industries.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  4. Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  7. Availability for on-call duty as required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Constantly operate a computer (including typing, reading).
  • Frequently remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Constantly communicate in-person, virtually, and from various distances.
  • Able to drive.
