Job Title: Field Service Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Service Manager to lead our team of digital service specialists. This role involves overseeing service and support for hardware and software solutions, managing a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team servicing specific business systems, including hardware, document management solutions, and related software within a designated territory or account list.
  2. Recruit, train, and develop technical representatives.
  3. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  4. Oversee warehousing processes related to merchandise and inventory.
  5. Educate and develop the team on new technologies in a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 7 years of related experience and management of a team of two or more employees.
  • Experience in service management within the technology industry.
  • Hands-on technical experience with digital and electromechanical technologies. Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to lead and develop a team.
