Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Service Manager in Fishers, Indiana to lead the field service team in the Siler City, NC market. You will partner with the District Manager to drive service delivery excellence, manage workforce scheduling, and support profitable operations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of people management experience, strong English communication skills, and a track record of solving customer issues.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years of people management experience.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workforce flow, scheduling, vacations, and weekend emergency service scheduling.
• Coordinate with dispatchers on technician scheduling, service efficiency, schedule adherence, and contracted service completion.
• On-board new Service Delivery Specialists and implement training plans.
• Coach Technicians to own their results and provide tools/resources to achieve them.
