Qualified candidates have 5+ years in Electrical Testing or Engineering with 3+ years of supervisory experience and a NETA III+ certification. Travel up to 50% and a strong safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in Electrical Testing or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• NETA level III or higher certification, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Testing Department operations and performance.
• Provide training and mentoring to department staff.
• Manage resources, equipment, and safety compliance across the unit.
