Job summary

Grassroots Talent Solutions is seeking a Field Service Manager for appliance repair in the San Diego area. You will train technicians, lead a team to hit weekly and monthly targets, and serve as a technical resource while coordinating with the office and managing parts inventory.

You will also schedule vehicle maintenance and may oversee P&L, marketing and office operations, with a focus on exceptional customer service and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Four years or more in appliance repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Train Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair home appliances.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
• Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
• Effectively communicate with the office.
• Maintain proper inventory levels.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and ensure the best use of company resources.
• May be responsible for P&L, Marketing and Office Management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair is a plus!

Benefits & Pay

• The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $150,000 per year total comp including bonus potential, depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
