Senior Appliance Repair Technician

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex appliance issues across major brands
• Handle advanced troubleshooting and escalated service calls
• Serve as a technical mentor for junior technicians
• Deliver top-tier customer experiences with clarity and professionalism
• Help improve training, processes, and first-time fix rates

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years appliance repair, HVAC or advanced technical experience
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple appliance categories
• High standards for quality, safety, and customer service
• Leadership mindset and willingness to mentor others
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to lift or maneuver 50 pounds
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Strongly Preferred

• SmartWare experience
• Refrigerator sealed system knowledge and hands‑on experience
• Bilingual is always a plus

As the Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are the key component in providing excellent customer service by providing high-quality maintenance services for our customers' appliances.

Here are your primary responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment
• Provide cost estimates for repairs
• Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed
• Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials
• Collect payment for work performed

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $1,200 to $2,500 weekly, depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
