The Position

We are seeking a full-time Field Service Manager in the San Francisco area. The FSM will assist the Regional Service Director (RSD) in customer management, installations, and guiding Field Service Technicians (FST).

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Field Service Technicians
  • Train new staff in the region
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent customer management skills
  • Perform technical site surveys and inspections related to plumbing, drainage, and building layout
  • Submit reports, expenses, payroll, and forms reliably to the RSD
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and personnel management
  • Act as a substitute or in capacity of the RSD when needed
  • Manage on-call responsibilities in the region
Requirements
  • Vocational technical school diploma/certification preferred
  • Experience with water filtration, coolers, ice, coffee, and tea equipment preferred
  • Management experience, route-based preferred
  • Experience with power tools, ladders, and aerial work platforms over 6 feet
  • OSHA 10-hour certification or training within 3 months of employment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital devices
  • Knowledge of ServiceMax and/or Salesforce is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Overnight travel may be required
