Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver top-tier customer service. You will collaborate with the account manager, engage in new opportunities, and mentor future leaders while liaising across multiple groups to resolve issues.

You will report to the Field Service Manager and operate from Albany, NY or Syracuse, NY on a Hybrid/On-site/Remote schedule, with responsibilities spanning sales growth, reporting, and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading and developing a team.
• 6+ years of contract or project experience including financial oversight.
• 6+ years of experience in HVAC, fire alarm and/or security systems domain.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, leadership and peers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team activities and performance while maintaining hands on delivery activities.
• Develop team and team members.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement through performance and business growth.
• Assign and supervise service, spot and project work.
• Collect, reconcile and report operational metrics to the SFSS and the customer liaison.
