Responsibilities include directing manpower and resources, ensuring OSHA/EPA/H&S compliance, and maintaining high safety standards while performing physically demanding field work and occasional on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or crew-lead role.
• Willingness to travel and be on-call for emergency response.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug test.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA/H&S standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor the Field Service Technicians.
• Execute projects within budget and on time.
• Enforce OSHA/EPA/H&S standards and regulations.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources for field service and emergency response projects.
• Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects as directed.
• Operate and handle various PPE and equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments, indoors and outdoors.
• Attend compliance and safety update meetings.
• Perform site-remediation and hazardous materials handling as assigned.
• On-call for emergency response on rotating basis.
