Job summary

Denver Beverage is seeking a Field Service Manager – Chemical Division to lead a four-person team supporting commercial warewash, laundry and chemical dispensing customers. The role focuses on developing technicians’ technical, customer-service and selling skills while coordinating with Sales Managers on larger opportunities.

The candidate will oversee scheduling, PMs, parts management and technical escalations, ensuring high-quality service and safety across the service territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial warewash, laundry, institutional chemical systems or a related field-service environment.
• Hands-on expertise in warewash and laundry equipment, chemical programs and dispensing systems.
• Prior leadership, supervisory or training experience; ability to develop field-service staff.
• Strong scheduling, organization and customer communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the company’s service territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach four technicians through development plans, ride-alongs and hands-on training.
• Set competency standards for equipment, chemical dispensing and diagnostics.
• Build selling skills and refer opportunities to Sales Managers.
• Support sales managers on large, multi-location chemical opportunities.
• Ensure PMs, service calls and installations are scheduled and executed efficiently.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues for warewash and laundry systems.
