Job summary

FLANDERS is seeking a Field Service Lead Technician in Casper, WY to provide technical leadership and hands-on diagnostic, maintenance, installation, testing, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment.

This role leads field service projects, mentors technicians, and serves as the primary technical liaison with customers and management to ensure safe, efficient work that meets customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of hands-on experience with electrical and/or mechanical equipment.
• Experience servicing AC and DC motors, generators, and rotating equipment.
• Proven troubleshooting experience with industrial electrical/mechanical systems.
• Field service or industrial maintenance background preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight travel.
• Vibration Institute certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service projects and coordinate daily activities of technicians.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior personnel.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to project management.
• Review work scopes and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Maintain accurate inspection and testing documentation.
