Job summary

EMR is hiring an Accelerated Technician for Baltimore, New Castle, and Salisbury locations. The role requires leading service calls with experience in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment.

The candidate should be familiar with electrical, gas, and steam systems and maintain excellent customer service. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, a company vehicle, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in field service or technician roles.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Clear criminal background is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; must pass aptitude tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead service calls for commercial kitchen equipment at multiple locations.
• Install, troubleshoot, service and repair kitchen equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with dispatch and support teams.
• Work independently to perform repairs and contribute to route efficiency.
