Location: Remote in DFW TX, Atlanta GA, Salt Lake City UT, or Denver CO
Pay Range: $28-$32/hr

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE:
- Plan, execute, and troubleshoot various on-site engineering assignments, including installations and fault finding for a range of automated systems including; image-based identification and inspection systems, RFID and Bluetooth ID solutions, refrigerated Locker Systems, Autonomous Mobile Robotic Systems, Print/Applicator Systems, and other automated technology as needed.
- Interface with customers and management to ensure project status updates and address service issues.
- Provide high-level customer service and satisfaction.
- Extensive travel (up to 90%) required for customer site visits.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS:
- Professional qualification in relevant engineering field with 2-3 years of experience in relevant environments, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience in Machine Vision Systems, Autonomous Mobile Robotics, Refrigerated Locker Systems, and Print/Apply Systems.
- Basic Java scripting experience for data formatting and communications.
- Flexibility to work evening/weekend hours or varying patterns.
- Potential for occasional international travel.
- Ability to work remotely and within a team environment.
- Valid Driver's License without restriction.
- Legal authorization to work in the country.
- Physical capability for prolonged standing/walking, lifting, and ladder use.
