Job summary

Ray-Jurgen is seeking a Field Service Helper to support technicians in the field across Connecticut and the Northeast. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and a clear path to becoming a full technician.

You’ll assist on installation crews, learn safe equipment handling, and grow into the Installation track with two-person teams and on-the-job coaching. Starting pay is $20–$25/hour, with benefits and a steady workflow year-round.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willing to learn and follow detailed mechanical instructions.
• No formal license or certification required—training provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians on equipment installation jobs (vehicle lifts, shop infrastructure, and related systems).
• Follow detailed mechanical instructions and contribute to physical jobsite work.
