Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Mobile Heavy Equipment Mechanic to diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical circuits at customer sites across Oklahoma. You will leverage diagnostic software and your hands-on skills to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime in the field.

The role requires practical field experience, the ability to interpret technical schematics, and strong communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing service calls.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding field tasks.
• Own a set of personal tools required for heavy equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level maintenance and complex repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical circuits.
• Use digital diagnostic tools to document service history and monitor machine health.
• Travel to customer sites to provide rapid-response repairs and minimize downtime.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and support team performance.
• Manage parts procurement and inventory to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain a professional service vehicle and uphold safety standards.
