Summit Fire & Security in Seattle is seeking a Fire Alarm & Security Technician responsible for installing and repairing fire alarm systems with minimal supervision. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, NICET certification preferred, and at least 2 years of experience in the Fire Life Safety Industry. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Fire Life Safety Industry experience, especially in Fire Alarm.
• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service and repair fire alarm and security systems.
• Use required tools for repairs or replacements.
• Communicate with customers and monitoring companies.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on technology.

Skills

Knowledge of different manufacturers clean agent and high-pressure suppression systems

Programming and software knowledge with fire alarm systems

Ability to troubleshoot fire alarm systems

Effective communication in English

Professional computer skills
