As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing technical expertise and facilitating field service operations. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and this position will be remote as there will be extensive travel throughout the US.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel throughout US overseeing subcontractors completing hands on field services electrical work
- Provide technical expertise and facilitate field service operations
- Guide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
- Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in Industrial Automation, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure solution implementation, and drive customer satisfaction.You will report directly to our [Title] and you'll work out of our [City, State] location on a [Hybrid, On-site, Remote] work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in field service engineering, electrical installations with a focus on complex technical solutions
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
WE VALUE
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- OSHA 10/30 certified
- Master's Electrician or Journeyman license.
- Desired experience in Industrial Automation preferably on the electrical side
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
- Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion
