Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of water treatment fundamentals, practices, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth advice on customer applications for optimal performance results.
• Perform consultative support for new installations and equipment calibrations, including remote monitoring.
• Service mechanical installation and ensure performance and reliability of pumps, piping, and chemical feed systems.
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders along with the sales account manager.
• Deliver customer technical training as required.
• Identify new business opportunities and transfer leads to sales teams.
• Prepare comprehensive customer service reports per company policies.
