Qualifications

• Experience in technical business development, engineering, or field service within water systems or related industry.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as required for business meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Partner with business development to support customer engagements with strong technical expertise.
• System Evaluation: Perform site assessments, system reviews, and technical evaluations to identify improvements.
• Solution Development: Develop practical, cost-effective solutions for system upgrades and maintenance.
• Proposal Support: Assist in developing technical proposals, scopes of work, and project recommendations.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a technical resource for customers to understand performance, risks, and improvements.
• Opportunity Conversion: Support technical validation through project execution to secure profitable work.
• Field Collaboration: Work with service and operations teams to ensure executable solutions.
• Brand Representation: Represent at customer meetings, technical discussions, and industry events.
• Reporting: Track evaluations, opportunities, and project support activities.
