ProAutomated in the United States is seeking a travel‑driven field engineer to support data center startups and automation projects. You’ll perform on‑site electrical, mechanical, and control checks and lead startup activities with customers across North America.

Starting salary $60,000–$75,000, plus per diem, mileage reimbursement, and performance raises. Requires 3+ years in electrical/mechanical/automation fields and a technical degree or equivalent hands‑on experience.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel across North America.
• Foundational knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and networking.
• 3+ years in electrical, mechanical, or automation fields.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support data center startups with on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to test and validate systems on site.
• Provide clear updates to customers and project teams.
