Job summary

Anton Paar USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to join the Eastern Regional service team.

You will provide on-site service at customer sites, including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines, reporting to the Eastern Region Service Manager in Ashland, VA. This role is based out of or near Raleigh, NC with a base salary of $33.84 - $38.32 per hour and competitive benefits including a profit-sharing 401k.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
• Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and passport.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region.
• Managing inventory, trip planning, and administrative tasks related to service functions.
• Travel (up to 90%), including overnight, for service and maintenance.
