Job summary

Anton Paar USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to perform preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training on analytical instruments at customer sites within the Eastern region.

You will report to the Eastern Region Service Manager and base near Pittsburgh, PA. The role requires up to 90% travel, a two-year technical degree, and hands-on experience with analytical instruments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical equivalent required.
• 2 years experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex analytical instruments.
• Ability to work independently with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region.
• Manage inventory, trip planning, and service-related administrative tasks.
• Travel up to 90% (including overnight) for service and maintenance.
