Job summary

Anton Paar USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training on analytical instruments in the Central region, with a focus on Iowa and surrounding states.

The role reports to the Central Region Field Service Manager in Illinois and requires residence near Des Moines, IA. The position offers a base hourly wage of $32.00–$36.15, full benefits, a 401(k) profit-sharing plan, and bonus opportunities, including a $10,000

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
• Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools
• Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Availability for frequent overnight travel (up to 75%).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and passport.

As a Field Service Representative and key member of the Central Region service team, you provide on-site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines primarily in the Central states with a focus on Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Kansas, North Dakota and South Dakota. You will report to the Central Region Field Service Manager in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Candidates should be located in or near Des Moines, Iowa.

The base salary range for this position is $32.00 - $36.15 per hour and depends on technical and service experience within the analytical instrumentation field. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.
