Job summary

AV is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support and sustain Titan MS multi-sensor systems across CONUS and OCONUS deployments. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, rapid issue resolution, and customer engagement in austere environments.

Travel is 75%+, including international deployments; you will work independently under high tempo conditions while maintaining mission readiness and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on RF systems, communications electronics, EW, or CUAS tech.
• Troubleshoot RF bands (HF/UHF/L/S/C) and GNSS denial concepts; manage power systems.
• Strong RF/C2 integration skills: RJ45, IP networking; ICD/API familiarity; Linux/Windows troubleshooting.
• Proven experience deploying ruggedized systems in austere environments (MIL_STD).
• Read electrical/mechanical diagrams; interpret logs; perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication; brief technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• High cultural intelligence; experience with multinational teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively and deploy overseas.
• Valid driver’s license; passport eligible.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure, and commission Titan MS systems to achieve rapid ops capability.
• Integrate RF, radar, EO/IR and C2 components using RJ45/IP networking and interfaces.
• Operate Titan UI/Dashboard; interpret sensor fusion outputs and telemetry.
• Conduct site surveys, airspace coordination, and mission planning with customer units.
• Perform advanced RF, power, and sensor troubleshooting; replace components as needed.
• Maintain spares kits and logistics to prevent delays; support production sustainment.
• Deliver operator and maintainer training; update manuals and courseware.
• Act as on-site liaison with U.S. and allied customers; ensure SLA/KPI alignment.
• Maintain service logs, readiness metrics, and operational data; capture lessons learned.
