About Promaxo
Promaxo is a rapidly growing medical imaging, robotics, and AI technology company building the first fully integrated, point-of-care MRI platform for prostate cancer care - combining in-office MRI imaging, AI-assisted lesion detection, and robotic guidance to bring detection, biopsy, and treatment into a single clinical workflow. Built on over 230 issued patents, our compact MRI system holds FDA 510(k) clearance for MRI-guided prostate biopsy, and our team continues to develop the AI screening, robotic guidance, and targeted-treatment capabilities that will extend the platform. We're a small, fast-moving medical device company based in Oakland, California, expanding our technical field operations to support U.S. commercial growth and international market entry, and we're looking for talented, mission-driven people who want their work to matter in the clinic.
