Job summary

A leading semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional customer support and perform on-site maintenance and installation of complex equipment. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving in semiconductor systems. This role requires frequent travel and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment support or 3+ years with a Master's.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostics of electronic systems.
• Able to work in cleanroom conditions and frequently travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot issues at the component level.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior engineers.
