Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on products at customer sites.
• Inspect and evaluate customer usage of products.
• Submit service and expense reports to management.
• Receive follow-up and training on products in Japan.
• Support sales activities and maintain good relationships with customers.
