Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Field Service Technician to service customers and support our mission of high-quality, efficient service. You will travel within your territory, troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and related equipment, and collaborate with the Service Manager on site.

You will also train other technicians, uphold safety standards, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time service delivery.

Qualifications

• You have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers.
• Pressure wash and clean the customer’s equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, etc.
• Communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding services performed and options for repairs/upgrades.
• Fill out all work orders, start-up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return slips.
• Train and assist other Service Technicians.
• Promote and practice safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool with other Technicians.
