Job summary

ZwickRoell, LP is seeking a field service professional to install, service, and repair ZwickRoell systems across the U.S. You will calibrate equipment to standards, train customers on software and test methods, and prepare ISO-compliant reports.

The role requires a technical degree and accreditation knowledge, with experience in destructive testing and metrology highly desired. The position emphasizes hands-on diagnostics, customer support, and collaboration with scheduling to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Meet requirements for accreditation as defined by A2LA and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Prior experience with universal destructive testing machines and extensometers highly desired.
• Technical metrology or prior calibration experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair ZwickRoell systems.
• Calibrate equipment to relevant standards and procedures.
• Provide training on test methods, operation and software.
• Evaluate test results for reasonableness and accuracy.
• Prepare reports of calibration results per ISO/IEC 17025.
• Support customers with technical advice and troubleshooting.
• Maintain tools, parts and vehicles to OEM standards.
