Responsibilities

Coordinate, schedule and supervise field service activities, including site visits and inspections.
Provide technical troubleshooting and support for field issues.
Oversee equipment installation to meet specs and safety standards.
Operate 3D scanning equipment and software for field data collection.
Prepare and deliver detailed inspection and service reports.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
Perform duties effectively in varying environmental conditions.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly.
Support housekeeping and general operational tasks as needed.
Work overtime when required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
