Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering or Chemistry (or AA in engineering) with 2–5 years of relevant experience, and must have Excel and Word Processing skills along with good communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related, or AA in Engineering or equivalent; 2–5 years related experience in lab troubleshooting/repairing analytical equipment or training.
• Possesses problem-solving skills, analytical abilities and strong technical knowledge.
• Education and experience may be substituted for equivalent combinations as allowed by the company.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, diagnose performance issues, repair and preventative maintenance for products.
• Promote, sell and support Service products.
• Provide technical support to customers via telephone and on-site visits.
• Act as escalation engineer for difficult or ongoing situations as needed.
