An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to support a critical surveillance system for Border Patrol. This role involves providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting installations and maintenance of advanced technology systems. This position is in support of a fielded Border Patrol surveillance system whose purpose is to provide situational awareness in support of the Border Patrol's mission. The system is deployed along the Southern Border of the United States and requires someone who enjoys working outdoors, can efficiently manage their time, works with a team, and enjoys learning and adapting to new technology.

Must follow strict company and industry privacy regulations. They must create effective technical reports and present to customers regularly, as well as cultivate new commercial relationships and develop strong partnerships with vendors. They report to the service manager in their department.

Salary and Benefit Information:
The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
