Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 4 years of field service experience. Qualifications

• Degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years’ field service experience with electrical systems, preferably in renewables, microgrids, or EV infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of AC/DC systems, power electronics, and electrical protection devices.
• Hands-on skills in electrical assembly, wiring, and equipment testing.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission electrical equipment, including inverters, switchgear, and EV chargers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on microgrid and EV charging systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Provide on-site customer training and technical support.
• Work in the factory to assemble, wire, and test systems prior to shipment.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
