Job summary
Saint Cyr Partners in the greater Cleveland, OH area is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and maintain medical laboratory instrumentation. The role involves on-site work and overnight travel to support hematology and chemistry analyzers.
Qualified candidates will have a Certificate or AAS in electronics, 3+ years of field service experience in medical devices, and must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Benefits include a company vehicle, health coverage, and retirement plans.
Qualifications
- Certificate or AAS in electronics required.
- Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Overnight travel will be required.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 required.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
- Establish strong customer relations.
- Coordinate problem resolution within Field Support Group.
- Maintain car inventory and tools/parts.
- Provide basic on-site training on company instrumentation.
