Job summary
Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers in the greater Cleveland, OH area. The role involves installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of automated lab instrumentation, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and coordinating issue resolution within the Field Support Group.
The ideal candidate has a certificate or AAS in electronics, 3+ years of field service experience, and is comfortable with overnight
Qualifications
- Overnight travel required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
- This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory instrumentation.
- Establish a good customer relations foundation.
- Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
- Maintain car inventory including tools and spare parts.
- Provide basic on-site training on company instrumentation.
