Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in the greater Cleveland, OH area is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain medical laboratory analyzers. Overnight travel is required and you will work with hematology, chemistry, and coagulation equipment.

A Certificate or AAS in electronics is required, with at least 3 years of field service experience. Vaccination against COVID-19 is required. Benefits include a company vehicle, comprehensive health cover, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, including tools and spare parts.
• Provide basic on-site training on company instrumentation.
