Job summary
Eden Capital Careers seeks a Field Service Engineer to service automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater Cleveland, OH area. This role involves installation, maintenance, and on-site support for hematology, chemistry, coagulation instruments and related systems.
The ideal candidate has a Certificate or AAS in electronics, 3+ years of field service experience, and is willing to travel overnight. COVID-19 vaccination is required, with relocation not offered.
Qualifications
- Certificate or AAS in electronics is required.
- Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Overnight travel will be required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required.
Responsibilities
- Installs, services, and performs preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
- Builds and maintains a good relationship with customers.
- Coordinates issue resolution within the Field Support Group.
- Maintains car inventory including tools and spare parts.
- Provides basic on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.
