Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and ensure customer satisfaction by installing, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining instruments in the defined territory.
• Understand installation processes, spare parts management, issue resolution, and service performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for field issues and coordinate new system placements and contract renewals.
