Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Wood Dale, IL is seeking a Field Service Technician. In this role, you will perform installations and services of Magnetic Active Cancellation Systems (MACS), generate technical reports, and provide training. The position requires 90% travel both domestically and internationally. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree and familiarity with electronic test equipment. Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or equivalent experience required.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment including signal generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMM.
• 1+ years of Field Service experience.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and repairs.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Good driving record with a valid driver's license.
• In‑depth understanding of testing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform Magnetic Active Cancellation System (MACS) installations and services.
• Generate technical reports for each field visit.
• Repair and troubleshoot MACS and FMDS installations.
• Provide training for field service technicians.
• Perform demonstrations for customers and OEMs.

Skills
