Job summary

Kensington360 is seeking Field Service Engineers to install and service machinery at customer and dealer sites across Midwest, Northeast, and Southern California territories.

You will diagnose electronic and mechanical faults, read schematics, provide basic machine training, and travel by car/airplane to customer/dealer facilities. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic equipment (multimeters/oscilloscopes).
• Practical electronic and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and stay calm during equipment breakdowns.
• Willingness to travel by car and airplane to customer/dealer facilities.
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM systems is preferred.

Kensington360 is recruiting Field Service Engineers for a machine tool manufacturer, supporting customers across Midwest, Northeast and Southern California territories.

You’ll install and service machinery, diagnose electronic and mechanical faults and provide basic machine training. The role involves travel by car and airplane to customer and dealer facilities, with coverage extending beyond the locations listed above.

Responsibilities

• Install and service machinery at customer and dealer sites.
• Diagnose electronic and mechanical faults using equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Read and interpret schematics to identify equipment problems.
• Provide basic training on machine operation.
• Assess customer reports of equipment malfunctions and service issues.

Normal working hours are 8:30am–5:00pm. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
