Job summary

ONLINE Engineering is a leading manufacturer of production equipment for the diagnostic culture media industry. A field-service role involves machine qualification, installation, and service visits domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities include uncrating, assembling, wiring, testing, and training operators; diagnostic and maintenance tasks; and reporting to standards. A strong electrical/mechanical background with PLC knowledge is preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for this role include the following.

Machine Qualification, Installation, and Service

Equipment installation and Servicing Visits (which include domestic and international travel.

Uncrating, assembling, wiring, and setting up the machine
Testing and commissioning of machines in the field and training of operators and maintenance personnel
Reporting and follow-up, as set forth by OLE standards
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and routine maintenance
Diagnosing/troubleshooting issues (both mechanically and electrically)
Performing routine maintenance to ONLINE machines

Electrical work:
Field wiring
Panel assembly

Mechanical Assembly
Other hands-on involvement where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
