TSC is currently seeking a Field Service Engineer in Sierra Vista, AZ. The Field Service Engineer is a focal point to further enable the division to satisfy direct customer projects aligned with the Division Manager’s and Operations Manager’s objectives. This position will fulfill Field Service Engineering responsibilities on and off site related to establishing Field Service Engineering support services for several program-related projects concurrently. The role serves as a technical bridge between engineering resources and operators/maintainers in the assigned portfolio while reporting to the Field Service Engineering Manager. Works to develop and mature standardization, program or site‑specific requirements, and risk management strategies, enabling increased probability of success to deliver new technological deliverables within the approved scope. This role is pivotal to supporting the entire team’s ability to grow the scope of available products or services with a variety of industry partners for a globally oriented market in a high‑stakes environment. Travel up to 25% is required.
