Job summary

Fives BRONX is seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer for our North Canton, OH team. You will install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain complex industrial equipment at customer sites, traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic know-how is required, with CS/SCADA/PLC/HMI experience and proficiency in MS Office for reporting. You will collaborate with the Aftermarket team and report to the Manager of Aftermarket,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills for field service.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/pneumatic/electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Proficient with MS Office for service documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute installation, integration, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment in the field across disciplines.
• Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and replacements on industrial equipment.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support field service needs.
