Job summary
A skilled Service Technician / Field Service Engineer is needed to support industrial compressed air systems across New England. The role involves servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing a range of equipment including rotary screw and reciprocating compressors, dryers, and related components.
Extensive travel to customer sites is required. The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, install and commission new equipment, and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Field Service Engineer in compressed air systems.
- Hands-on experience with rotary screw or reciprocating compressors.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on-site.
- Willingness to travel regionally and work at customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform service, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial compressed air equipment.
- Work on rotary screw and reciprocating compressors, air dryers, and related systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and planned servicing at customer sites.
- Diagnose and repair faults to minimise downtime and support breakdowns.
- Install, start up, and commission new equipment and upgrades.
- Maintain reports and parts records for customers.
- Provide technical guidance on maintenance and future service needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality support.
