Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' field experience in refrigeration, controls, or commissioning.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycle operation (compressors, valves, racks, cases).
• Knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC control logic.
• CO₂ trans-critical or cascade system experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Modbus, BACnet, and other protocols preferred.
• General computer skills: MS Office, databases, email, internet.

Responsibilities

• Commission and verify control systems for refrigeration and HVAC applications.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and remotely; optimize performance.
• Develop and modify controller programs from I/O legends or sequences.
• Execute store commissioning and remodel projects with accurate documentation.
• Provide site-level customer support and training for contractors and end users.
• Review electrical prints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technical Support.
• Maintain knowledge of third-party control systems and network integrations.
• Ensure work meets safety and compliance standards.
