Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment at site locations.
• Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers on installations and upgrades.
• Use digital analytics for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, optical, laser, and fluid systems.
• Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by leadership.
