Base pay ranges: Level 2 $65,000–$85,000–$104,000 and Level 3 $79,000–$103,999–$126,000, with a 401(k) match, stock contributions, tuition reimbursement, holidays and comprehensive medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Onsite installations, maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Travel up to 70% for field assignments.
• Reports to Fort Collins, Colorado office when not in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advanced Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in the field, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems.
• Lead Project Initiatives: Manage small to medium sized projects, coordinating resources and timelines to achieve project goals with minimal risks.
• Develop and Implement Solutions: Design and execute innovative solutions based on comprehensive analysis of technical challenges and multiple information sources.
• Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams: Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external experts to facilitate knowledge sharing and drive project success.
• Mentor and Support Colleagues: Serve as a resource for less experienced team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
